Kohlrabi chips are delicious.
So easy to do.
- First slice kohlrabi bulb in very thin slices. Don’t bother to peel.
- Preheat oven at 180C.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Place slices on an oven tray and drizzle olive oil over slices.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and some chopped garlic.
- Bake for 10 minutes turning over then for a further 5 minutes.
